Midnight in Paris (Woody Allen – 2011) A

It’s so fantastic that Woody Allen is still as prolific and as brilliant as ever. Midnight in Paris is a gorgeous looking, magical and funny film. At its heart, it’s a story of a writer, Gil, looking for his muse in beautiful Paris accompanied by his ditsy fiance, her parents and a couple of pretentious friends. It is safe to say, without spoiling this gem, that Gil finds way more than he bargained for in the city of lights.
