Smart suspense thriller and in Mamet’s tradition it is as much fun to listen to the dialogue as it is to follow the story line.
Ah…a trip down memory lane. This was the first mob movie I’ve seen and I still love it.
Nicholson as a retired old man in a Winnebago driving through Nebraska (who new Nebraska could be fun) and finding the meaning of life is one entertaining combo.
A prime example of a movie that plays for nothing more than a “surprise” with nothing making sense…and what the hell is the matter with De Niro, I doubt he needs the money to make shit like this!

01/30/2005 – Fantastic and dead creepy. What we are really scared of when we think of sharks. The documentary feel adds an extra dimension to being stranded in the water with really zero possibility of rescue.
